KISY FOR TRAINING COMPANIES

Support apprenticeships.
Enable independence.

Address learning questions before they build up. KIsy offers AI learning support, individually arranged coaching and workshops to find a suitable starting point for your company.

Discuss a possible approach

Three levels. One shared approach.

01

AI learning support

Apprentices explore subject questions independently in the app. A way to review foundations and formulate useful follow-up questions.

02

Personal coaching

Work on motivation, learning organisation, communication and starting working life. Scope and terms are agreed separately.

03

Company workshops

Explore study strategies, self-management and responsible AI use together. Agree on in-person or digital formats that meet your needs.

FROM NEED TO PRACTICE

Start with a clear scope.
Support it thoughtfully.

  1. Identify the learning questions and needs that matter.
  2. Clarify relevant subjects, company rules and confidential data handling.
  3. Agree on a manageable scope and human points of contact.
  4. Review the experience: what became clearer, and where is human support still needed?

Clarify the details before starting.

Subject suitability, responsibilities, terms and data protection belong in the initial discussion. A trainer dashboard, automatic access to chats, central licence management or a complete examination catalogue are not promised.

GOOD TO KNOW

The important questions.

How can we find a useful starting point?

Discuss the specific learning questions and company context first. Then agree on a manageable scope and review together what helps in everyday practice.

Which companies can enquire?

Companies in trades, technical and other fields that want to support their apprentices. Suitability and scope are assessed individually.

What does it cost?

An individual app subscription costs €11.99 per month. Company arrangements, personal coaching and workshops need to be agreed in advance; a multi-seat licence is not presented as an existing plan.
